Yes, 100%. Once it's built and paid for, the site is yours. You get full ownership of the design and content.

What about hosting?

I'll cover 12 months hosting for you. After that it costs £200 per year, or you can move your site to another host of your choice.

What if I need more than a basic site?

I specialise in getting tradespeople online fast. If you need something more complex — e-commerce, booking systems, etc. — I can discuss a custom quote.

How does payment work?

£125 up-front to get started, and £125 on completion. If I don't complete within 7 working days you get your deposit back.

How many pages can my website have?

There isn't a fixed limit, but I take a common-sense approach. This service is aimed at new startups, brochure websites, and tradespeople — not e-commerce sites with thousands of pages. If your project needs something bigger, I can discuss a custom quote.

Are you a large company?

No — I'm a freelancer with over a decade of experience building websites for multiple companies. This is a side-job, which means you're getting a £250 website for what would normally cost £3k+ through an agency.
